Tween schreibt "Until yesterday, my wife and I ran a small "stop the war in Iraq" advocacy website which used PHP-Nuke as the frontend and NSN paypal suite for donations. This website was hosted by Hostnuke.com hosting. We have been with them nearly 2 years. About a year ago I remember reading that Upstate Templates was being forced to drop phpnuke and we got scared and contacted Hostnuke to see what our status was since we also used phpnuke. We were informed that our current setup was fine and that was the end of it. I want to add that at least 2-3 times a week our website would be down due to server error (which I'm sure Hostnuke customers can confirm) and we were little by little being treated more and more rudely each time we submitted a "Site Down" ticket. Never once did they apologize or even admit it was down. Fine, you just deal with it and drive on. "
